LiveSchedule ("we," "our," or "us") is a business-to-business (B2B) mobile application that helps employees view their work schedules. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application LiveSchedule (the "App").

How LiveSchedule Works

Important: LiveSchedule is provided to you by your employer. Your employer controls all schedule data, user accounts, and authentication systems. We do not directly collect or store your personal schedule information.

Employer-Controlled Infrastructure

• Your Employer Provides: Login credentials, schedule data, AWS account, and GraphQL APIs
• Your Employer Controls: User authentication, data access, and all schedule information
• LiveSchedule Provides: The mobile app interface and user experience

Information We Collect

Analytics Data Only

LiveSchedule only collects anonymous usage analytics to improve the app experience:

• App Usage: How you navigate and use app features
• Performance Data: App crashes, loading times, and technical issues
• Feature Interaction: Which features are used most often
• Device Information: iOS version, device type (for compatibility)

What We Do NOT Collect

• ❌ Schedule Data: Your work schedules, shifts, or activities
• ❌ Personal Information: Your name, email, or employee details
• ❌ Login Credentials: Your username, password, or authentication data
• ❌ Employer Data: Company information or business data

Data Flow and Control

Your Employer's Role

• Data Controller: Your employer is the data controller for all schedule and personal information
• AWS Account: Your employer provides their own AWS infrastructure
• Authentication: Your employer manages login credentials through their AWS Cognito
• GraphQL APIs: Your employer's backend systems provide schedule data

LiveSchedule's Role

• Data Processor: We only process data to display your schedule in the app
• No Data Storage: We do not store your schedule or personal data on our servers
• Analytics Only: We only collect anonymous usage analytics

How We Use Analytics Data

App Improvement

• Performance Monitoring: Identify and fix crashes or slow loading
• Feature Development: Understand which features are most valuable
• User Experience: Improve app navigation and usability
• Compatibility: Ensure the app works across different iOS versions

What We Don't Do

• ❌ No Selling: We never sell any data
• ❌ No Advertising: We don't use data for advertising
• ❌ No Profiling: We don't create individual user profiles

Data Security

Your Schedule Data

• Employer Controlled: All schedule data security is managed by your employer
• Direct Connection: The app connects directly to your employer's AWS systems
• No Intermediary: LiveSchedule servers are not involved in schedule data transfer

Analytics Data

• Anonymous: Analytics data cannot identify individual users
• Encrypted: All data transmission uses industry-standard encryption
• Secure Storage: Analytics stored securely on AWS infrastructure

Your Rights

Schedule and Personal Data

Contact Your Employer: For any questions about your schedule data, personal information, or account access, please contact your employer's IT department or HR team. They control all of this information.

Analytics Data

• Opt-Out: You can disable analytics in the app settings
• Anonymous: Analytics data cannot be linked back to you individually
• Deletion: Analytics data is automatically deleted after 2 years

Third-Party Services

Your Employer's Services

• AWS Services: Your employer's AWS account (Cognito, GraphQL, S3, etc.)
• Privacy: Subject to your employer's privacy policies and AWS Privacy Policy

Apple Services

• Live Activities: iOS Live Activities for schedule notifications
• Biometric Authentication: Face ID/Touch ID (processed locally on device)
• Privacy: Subject to Apple Privacy Policy

Children's Privacy

LiveSchedule is a workplace application not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
